Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over 100.
- Orders under the threshold will be charged a flat rate of 10, shown at checkout.
Expedited & Special Delivery
- Faster delivery options are available at checkout.
- Large or bulky items (such as furniture) may require specialist courier services. Costs and delivery arrangements will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. Delivery Windows
- Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time.
- A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery estimates are displayed on individual product pages.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times, and courier schedules.
- International orders may be subject to longer transit times and customs clearance delays.
5. Tracking & Delivery Guarantee
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with courier details and tracking information.
- We strive for delivery reliability. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue or arranging a refund where applicable.
6. Optional Delivery Protection
- At checkout, customers can choose Delivery Protection for an additional fee.
- This provides enhanced coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team.
- Once shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our returns policy.
8. Returns & Damaged Items
- We accept change-of-mind returns if requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and received back within 28 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Damages or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend checking goods upon receipt before signing for them.
